Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for shipping all returns back to us at your own expense. Items will be reviewed to be in original condition upon their return. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price after the item is returned only if the item is in its original condition. We will not provide refunds at all for items that are returned damaged or appear to be used or worn. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. Since most of our products are one-of-a-kind works of art, explanation (and evidence, if necessary) must be provided for all return or refund requests. In many cases, returns and refunds will need to be discussed and arranged directly with the individual artists and handled between the buyer and the artist.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue. If damaged in transit, please provide evidence that the item was in fact damaged in transit. Refunds cannot be issued for damaged items with no evidence of the origin of the damage. Refunds cannot be issued if you damaged the item, whether by accident or otherwise.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as custom or commissioned products, special orders, or personalized items). In most cases, returns and refunds will have to be worked out with individual artists. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
